Our Terms and Conditions are applicable to whether you (the customer) are renting or/and purchasing VCDs/DVDs.
Rental Terms & Conditions
Who can Subscribe?
Only persons age 18 or over can register as a member. You confirm this when you register by selecting your age range from the dropdown menu.
14 Days Cancellation Rights:
Only new subscribers are allowed a period of 14 days from the date of registration to cancel their subscription. If a cancellation request
is received within 14 days, and provided all VCDs/DVDs rented have been returned and received, you credit card will be refunded and the account
closed. Once one member of a household has registered, subsequent registration by other household members at the same address will not be given
the "14 days cancellation right".
Cancellation of Subscription:
A subscribing member can cancel their membership anytime. All they need do is log in, go to the "My Account" page and click on
"Cancel Subscription". Klubafrik.com will only deem a subscription cancelled if all rented VCDs/DVDs have been returned and received.
Provided all VCDs/DVDs have been received by Klubafrik.com, cancellation of membership will be effected at once. Cancellation made during a
billing period will not attract any refund. Klubafrik.com reserves the right, at any time, to cancel a member's subscription.
This will be deemed necessary if there are repeated losses of VCDs/DVDs at the postal address.
Property Rights:
All VCDs/DVDs remain the property of Klubafrik.com at all times. It is the subscriber's responsibility to take care of any VCDs/DVDs rented
from klubafrik.com. Klubafrik.com reserves the right to request payment of any VCDs/DVDs returned in an unusable condition such as damage
of the physical appearance. The payment requested will be no more than £10.00 per damaged VCDs and the Recommended Retail Price
for damaged DVDs. VCDs/DVDs rented from Klubafrik.com must not be sold on or hired on by the subscriber.
Copyright:
The subscriber is not allowed to duplicate or reproduce any of the VCDs/DVDs rented.
Returns & Refunds:
It is the sole responsibility of Members using WorldPay to cancel their WorldPay account when they cancel their Klubafrik membership or
switch to a different payment method. If a customer cancels Klubafrik.com membership without cancelling his/her WorldPay account,
and his/her credit/debit card becomes charged, Klubafrik.com will only refund back 75% of the total. An administration charge of 25% will
be deducted by Klubafrik.com for effecting the cancellation on their behalf and authorising a refund.
Postage:
Klubafrik.com bears the cost of all postage. Delays in receiving VCDs/DVDs due to postal problems are not the responsibility of Klubafrik.com.
All VCDs/DVDs are despatched first class within 24 hours of placing the order. It is the subscriber's responsibility to use Klubafrik.com return
packaging. If you haven't got any, you can contact us and make a request for more return packaging.
For Standard, Economy and Platinum Plans: The packaging provided can accommodate up to five VCDs/DVDs. So take advantage of this by returning two or more VCD/DVD. This ensures that you get to watch more movies as you will receive two or more movies each time.
UK Residents Only: All Movies are posted 1st-Class. In most cases, they should be received the next day, however it can take up to 3 days to receive your order.
USA Residents only: Normal postage should take 2-3 working days, however due to screening of all packages for your own protection, it may be delayed for up to 7 days.
EU residents only: Normal postage should take 2-3 working days. There may be delays due to certain checks carried out at post offices. This is for your own protection.
Sales Terms & Conditions
Returns & Refunds:
Klubafrik.com hopes that all of its customers are happy with their purchases. If the product(s) Klubafrik.com delivers are not what you ordered or are defective or damaged, please contact us at information@klubafrik.com as soon as possible and Klubafrik.com will provide a full refund or replacement in accordance with its Returns Policy.
Customers paying with Credit/Debit cards must be fully verified. If payment is authorised but security checks fail, Klubafrik.com has the full right to carry out further security checks to assertain that payment is genuine. If after this, security checks fail, Klubafrik.com has the full right to reject an order. In this case, an administration fee of 30% will be deducted and only 70% of the total cost will be refunded back to the card user.
Price:
The price that you pay is the price shown on the site, which includes VAT and the Delivery charges, if any. Where a Delivery charge is Free, it will
be displayed as such.
Klubafrik.com reserves the right to change prices listed without notice. All orders for products are subject to availability and Klubafrik.com reserves the right to decline to supply any individual or company.
Changed your Mind?
If you change your mind, you may cancel your order for goods for any reason at any time up to the end of the seventh working day after you place
your order, even if you have already received the goods. If you do, the following terms will apply:
The only circumstance in which you may not cancel your order is if you have taken any product out of the sealed package in which it was delivered to you.
To cancel your order you must notify Klubafrik.com by email to cs@klubafrik.com or by post to Klub Afrik House. 7 Whincroft Drive, Ferndown. Dorset. BH22 9LH.
If you cancel your order but Klubafrik.com has already dispatched the product to you then you must email cs@klubafrik.com to arrange a return, which will be at your cost and risk. Sealed items should not be unpacked.
Delivery:
Klubafrik.com will deliver the product(s) you ordered to the address that you give Klubafrik.com for delivery.
Klubafrik.com will endeavour to deliver the product(s) to you as soon as possible.
Details of Klubafrik.com's arrangements for delivery and delivery charges, if applicable, are subject to Klubafrik.com's Shipping Policy.
General Terms & Conditions
Force Majeure:
Klubafrik.com will not be liable to you in the event that it is prevented by circumstances beyond its control from delivering any product which you have ordered or for any damaged or defective goods.
Warranties:
Klubafrik.com makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability or completeness of the content (text and images)
of this site. To the extent permissible by law, Klubafrik.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Klubafrik.com is not responsible for the content of any third party websites that a customer may link to.
Limitation of Liability:
Klubafrik.com shall not be liable for loss or damages of any kind, including without limitation special or consequential damages, arising out
of your access to, or inability to access, this site or your use of, or reliance upon, this site or the content hereof or for negligence
(except for personal injury or death) and excludes any such liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The information contained in the site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors and Klubafrik.com shall not be liable for any inaccuracies or errors. In addition, Klubafrik.com has no duty to update this site or the content hereof and Klubafrik.com shall not be liable for any failure to update such information.
Further, Klubafrik.com is neither responsible nor liable for your use of other websites which you may access via links within this site. Klubafrik.com does not control these websites and is not responsible for their content. These links are provided merely as a service to users of the site and inclusion in this site does not constitute an endorsement by or affiliation with Klubafrik.com. Any goods that you order from any website to which you link from this site are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to such website and Klubafrik.com shall have no liability to you in respect of the same. These websites may collect data or solicit personal information from you. Nothing in this agreement is intended to limit any rights you may have as a consumer under any applicable law that may not be legally excluded.

Klubafrik.com is only available in English.

Your Privacy is very important to us and because of this we would like you to know what we will be using your information for:
- Information contained within our database is collected lawfully and in accordance with the DATA Protection Act 1998.
- The primary use of the information is for the processing of member registration. Personal Information is needed and is used to set up your Membership Account and to manage your subscription.
- Credit/Debit card information supplied is used to pay for your subscription.
- We may use your contact details to inform you about any services or special offers relating to Klubafrik.com. You will only be contacted be e-mail - any contact telephone numbers are used only if there is an order-related issue.
- Unless we are required by law, your information will never be supplied to another company.
- By using our site you consent to our terms and condition detailed above. Your statutory rights are not affected as a consumer.
